Superintendent Will Laine and Project Manager Nick Mazzella recap Pine Lake’s multi-year renovation, balancing a hard-cap budget with big infrastructure needs. When a contractor backed out, Nick quickly rebid the project and secured Aspen Corporation – ultimately a better partner. Midway through, the utility buried thousands of feet of power lines, adding major complexity, but Will coordinated daily to protect the new Toro system.
